People are crazy for “mummified dinosaur north Dakota” on live.com today. My blog post, “Mummified dinosaur in North Dakota, Spits in face of Jesus”, from back in December received 9 comments so far today. I checked out the analytics report and found that 500 people had come to my site searching for the that exact key word. It seems really odd to me, I thought maybe someone had linked to it but I can’t find any indication of that.

Based on the comments, some people are praying for me and one person says “god bless” and later says I should be “bashed across the face”.

Bob: “God bless and hope you all have a happy Easter.
P.S. I don’t appreciate the title “Mummified dinosaur spits in the face of Jesus”…whoever came up with that needs to be bashed across the face!”

New Deck Entrance

I decided to spend St. Patty’s day building a new entrance way to the hot tub deck. It’s been a pretty interesting process trying to blend wood framing with the existing aluminum patio. I still have to put the finishing touches on it but I got a lot further than I expected when I started this process on Saturday morning. More pictures available here on flickr.

This is a really good short understandable video about the slow decline of the US Dollar and what it means for our currency.

I really liked this video. I learned a lot about stem cells and it was easy to understand.

ScreenFlow is a screen recording application for the Mac that works great on Leopard. It produces excellent video quality, full DVD playback capture and has some pretty slick post editing tools. TechSmith is working on a Camtasia Studio for the Mac and I suppose Jing counts as a first step.

TechSmith should buy Vara Software. Vara Software has two things that TechSmith needs right now. A strong Mac Leopard development team and London, England location. TechSmith could use some international help. Just my .02
