		<description>I think the reason they don't unite is the same as the reason they started up separate organizations, even recently. It seems to me that people want to help but they want to do it their way and their way only. They get caught up in fights over control and end up forming their own organization with their own board that they can be a member of instead of just contributing to the one that is there. 
I've no idea how to remedy such a situation.</description>
