TechSmith has a nice work out room that I used to use but since I left I haven’t had anywhere to work out. I’ve been looking for something for a few months and I think the YMCA is winning right now.
The new YMCA building is huge and it’s right by the Liquid Web office.
- $49/mth
- Open 5a-10p M-F
- Open 7a-8p Sun
- $49 enrollment fee
- Access to any Lansing YMCA
- Features Pool, drop in hockey ($2 extra), rock wall, Gym, Fitness Center, Free Weight Room,Aerobics/Dance Studio, Youth Gym, Handball/Racquetball, Indoor RunningTrack, Climbing Walls, Roller Rink, Sauna/Steam Room,Whirlpool/Jacuzzi, Teen/Youth Center, Child Care/Preschool Room,Drop-in Babysitting room, Computer Room

The other option is Golds gym because a lot of my friends go there but its not very close to my work or home. The only advantage would be having people to work out with and not supporting a christian organization. tough call.

Hey -
When I started at my new job, they had a place where you could give them the name of someone that you think is a great professional in technology marketing, just for future reference if they need to recruit someone… I gave them your name
Not that you’re looking to move, obviously, but I just couldn’t help myself! I noted that you were happy where you were.
So, how’s things?

Thanks! thats really nice
I hope everything is going okay with all the power issues down there. I saw that on the news when I was in vegas and I was worried about ya.
Things are going great. Really happy with work and how the tradeshow came off. I think we have a lot of great opportunity and it makes me really excited.
I’m back to those days when I loved techsmith, working all night just cause I like it.
Sounds like your trip was a lot of fun! thats a nice postcard picture that you posted.

Hey - will you email me your mailing address?
Yeah, we were in DisneyWorld for most of the storm madness out here, but Colin was here the whole time. We were without power Wednesday through Sunday morning, and David and I got back to the house Saturday night. We also lost power for a while this morning for some reason, but I was on my way out the door for work so it didn’t really affect me. I’m using my cell phone as an alarm clock just in case.
David says hi back

I love how not supporting a christian organization is your idea of an advantage…
